Bringing up the yugabyted on mac m1

Installed as per the instructions, but getting this in the yugabyted logs:
Unable to query for all masters list, keeping masters list: [‘’]

Status looks like still showing bootstrapping:
Status : Bootstrapping.
YugabyteDB UI : http://127.0.0.1:15433
JDBC : jdbc:postgresql://127.0.0.1:5433/yugabyte?user=yugabyte&password=yugabyte

Any advice on how to trouble shoot further?

Hi Athreya

Thanks for your time, as the port 7000 is used by Airplay service, its required for yugabyte master, post stopping that service, its started working, we can also use custom port for master, we can configure in yugabyted.conf if needed. Thanks.

Thanks

Fantastic, based on your suggestion, we turned off Airplay service and hence the port 7000 which is bound was removed and that allowed YB to start up. thank you!
