Hi, with RF=3 in case of multiple node failure, assuming none of the tablets were lost completely, is there a way to force a single leaderless tablet to become leader again? I understand risks of data being incomplete.

Yes, that is the doc to follow.
Might be incomplete ONLY if you lose (tablet-leader + peer) at the exact same time.
Otherwise should be fine.
