For master-follower2dc-deployment, is it possible to write data to follwer but not apply the change to master

For the 2dc-deployment master- follower, is it possible to allow writes on the follower but disable the sync back to master？

I set up the replication, and have a test, it works as what I want, it’s able to write data to the follower, and will not sync back to master
